CNC Programmer / CNC Machinist
Opportunities include:
- CAD/CAM Programming of CNC vertical mills using the latest Software technology.
- Setting up tooling and workpiece to be machined.
- Working as a team to develop and maintain machining processes.
- Inspecting your work with CNC CMM’s and manual inspection equipment.
- Cross training opportunities in Design, EDM machining, Electrode Design and Manufacture, and Surface Grinding.
- Will train capable motivated candidates.
Beneficial skill set:
- 2-year degree from technical school in CNC Programming and Machining.
- CAD/CAM software experience a plus.
- Experience in a mold manufacturing setting.
- Ability to recognize and apply new machining techniques and processes.
- Strong math and reasoning skills.
- Experience with common forms of inspection equipment and appreciation of close tolerance manufacturing.

Moldmaker

- Precision Surface Grinding.
- Mold Assembly and Fitting.

Injection
Mold Designer
Opportunities include:
- Solid modeling of custom injection molds, components, and associated fixture design
- Creating assembly and component drawings for manufacturing.
- Work with suppliers and customers to keep projects moving thru the shop.
- Understanding project design intent and work with customers and manufacturing to achieve a cost effective path to completion.
- Cross training opportunities in CNC programming, CNC machining, and CNC EDM machining.
- Will train capable motivated candidates.
Beneficial skill set:
- An engineering/ design/ drafting Associate’s degree or Technical manufacturing degree.
- Design experience, preferably in custom injection molds.
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks, Cimatron, or PTC Creo a plus.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Good communications skills and strong organizational skills.
