When each tool enters our 13,000 square foot manufacturing area, it has already been completely designed, and is continually being coordinated through all manufacturing departments. Tolerance Tool takes pride in our modern facility and team approach to deliver a quality product on time.

Mill Department

Our Mill Department is capable of maintaining the high quality standards we have established. Our skilled craftsmen who operate these machines recognize that their department is usually the first step toward the completion of a job, and use their expertise to ensure that the remaining operations can be performed successfully to produce a top quality product.

Grinding Department

Precision grinding takes place in our vacuum-equipped grinding room. Special attention to grinding and measuring equipment has ensured excellent quality and efficiency.
